BUNDLE and SAVE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
To take advantage of a bundled sponsorship package:
- Decide on your organization’s package level (Snow, Salt, or Sand) and the associated price.
- Select an available $5,000-level sponsorship for each event, depending on your package level:
- Snow Packages: Select a sponsorship for each of the 3 events.
- Salt Packages: Select a sponsorship for 2 events of your choice.
- Sand Packages: Select a sponsorship for 1 event of your choice.
Each package includes event-specific sponsorship opportunities of your organization’s choice as defined in the sponsorship packages below.
Snow-Level Package ($17,500) (savings: $700)
- Sponsor for all 3 NYSCHSA events (Summer Conference, Winter Conference, and Advocacy Day)
- Select an available $5,000-level sponsorship for each of the 3 events in 2025, or a combination of sponsorships totaling $5,000 for each event.
- 1 full page color ad in 2025 yearbook (value: $1,000)
- 2 complimentary registrations per event (value: $2,200)
- Recognition as a Premium sponsor in pre- and post-event communications
Salt-Level Package ($12,500) (savings: $510)
- Select an available $5,000-level sponsorship of your choice of any two events in 2025, or a combination of sponsorships totaling $5,000 for each event.
- Full page ad in 2025 yearbook (black & white) (value: $810)
- 2 complimentary registrations in each of the 2 events (value: $2,200)
- Recognition as a Gold sponsor in pre- and post-event communications
Sand-Level Package ($7,500) (savings: $360)
- Select an available $5,000-level sponsorship of your choice of 1 event in 2025, or a combination of sponsorships totaling $5,000 for the event.
- Full page ad in 2025 yearbook (black & white) (value: $810)
