2025 Winter Conference Registration & Costs

Join us for NYSCHSA's Winter Conference, being held in Saratoga Springs on January 20-23, 2025 at the Saratoga Hilton & City Center in Saratoga Springs. We have a wonderful program planned, with educational and networking sessions that will appeal to all Superintendents and Commissioners working to improve their county highway department and services. We will also be offering accredited Professional Development Hour (PDH) Programs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO THE NYSCHSA COMMUNITY:  The conference registration rate will cover an attendee's event fee, food, and materials. Attendees will be responsible to make their own hotel reservations based on their plans. The 2025 Winter Conference Registration Rates, rates can be found below.

Winter Conference Registration Rates:
**Registration must be PAID IN FULL before the conference.

NYSCHSA Regular Member Rates
Regular - $550.00
Fully Retired Lifetime/Honorary Members - Complimentary (you will be responsible for hotel accommodations)

Non-Member Rates
Regular - $750.00

One-Day Conference Rates
Regular Member - $225.00
Non-Member - $250.00

 CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations must be made in writing and received by the NYSCHSA Office according to the following schedule:
    • Cancellations received on or before 12/20/24 will receive a 100% refund.
    • Cancellations received on or before 12/31/24 - 1/5/25 will receive a 75% refund.
    • Cancellations received on or before 1/6/25 - 1/12/25 will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations received after 1/13/25 will receive NO refund.
    There will be no credits issued for no shows or early departures. Participants are otherwise responsible for all charges outlined in the registration, sponsorship and exhibit forms submitted to the NYSCHSA Office.
