NYSCHSA provides quality and timely training programs that encourage professional development.

The Association is a designated Sponsor Organization by the Practicing Institute of Engineering, Inc. (PIE). This allows NYSCHSA to develop, evaluate, and administer accredited training programs that meet New York State Education Department continuing education regulations to our membership.

In order to assist our members in meeting the requirement under New York state law for professional engineers and land surveyors and to enhance professional development on all levels, NYSCHSA formed the Continuing Education Consortium (CEC) in 2004.

If you are a Professional Engineer or Land Surveyor trying to meet your continuing education requirements as set forth by law and the NYS Education Department or if you're a Superintendent, Commissioner or Transportation Director interested in keeping up with the latest on building and maintaining local roads then attendance at our conferences are a must!
