Gold Sponsor - $5,000
  • Special name badges that distinguishes your GOLD sponsorship
  • Corporate recognition during conference announcements

Tuesday Tailgate Party Sponsorship Opportunities
The Tailgate Party Banquet will be one of the signature events of the 2026 NYSCHSA Summer Conference, bringing together county highway superintendents, commissioners, affiliate members, exhibitors, and industry partners for an evening of networking, entertainment, and championship-level fun. Tailgating Tent Sponsor – $2,000 
Bring your own tailgate setup and showcase your company in a fun, interactive environment. Sponsors are invited to set up a branded pop-up tent and create their own unique tailgate experience for attendees. Whether you feature games, giveaways, refreshments, team-themed décor, or interactive displays, this sponsorship allows your company to stand out and engage directly with conference attendees throughout the evening.
