Our mission of the New York State County Highway Superintendents Association is to promote and advocate 
for the construction and operation of a safe highway system in collaboration with all statewide municipal and private
partners.

NYSCHSA will be an influential organization shaping the future of county highway systems and improving transportation
safety within all of New York State’s 62 counties.
