Join us at the award-winning Radisson Hotel Corning, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Corning’s historic Gaffer District. The hotel offers modern accommodations, exceptional hospitality, and easy access to restaurants, shops, entertainment, and local attractions — all within walking distance. 

Known as the “Crystal City,” Corning is one of New York State’s most charming downtown destinations and serves as the gateway to the Finger Lakes region. Attendees will find a vibrant downtown atmosphere featuring locally owned boutiques, breweries, restaurants, museums, and scenic riverfront views. 

We will also be offering accredited Professional Development Hour (PDH) Programs, complimentary to our membership as part of conference registration.  

IMPORTANT REMINDER TO THE NYSCHSA COMMUNITY: The conference registration rate will cover event fees including conference materials, meals, cocktail receptions, golf and lunch at Elmira Country Club or a Cultural Outing at the Corning  Museum of Glass with lunch. Attendees will then make their own hotel reservations based on their plans. The 2026 Summer Conference Registration Rates, associate costs, and hotel accommodation rates can be found below.

Spouse/Guest - $100  (Activity Only)
Fully Retired Lifetime/Honorary Members - $0.00 Fee + $100.00 Activity fee (if chosen).

Regular - $650

Those requiring accommodations should make guestroom reservations before the rooms release date of August 1, 2026. All rates are also subject to sales and occupancy taxes (currently 12%) · Nightly rates are for single or double occupancy · Additional adults in the room increase the room rates by $10 per adult (4 max) · Rooms will be scattered throughout the hotel due to the physical location of the different types of rooms. Rooms will fill quickly—secure your accommodations early to ensure availability.

$179 single or double occupancy, per night plus state and local taxes.
Tax Exempt Forms: Must be provided to the hotel in advance of registration.

Join fellow highway and public works professionals for an afternoon of networking, camaraderie, and friendly competition at the beautiful Elmira Country Club during the 2026 New York State County Highway Superintendents Association Summer Conference!

Whether you are a seasoned golfer or simply looking to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with colleagues and industry partners, the NYSCHSA Golf Outing is the perfect way to kick off conference week.

  • Transportation details and tee times will be shared with registered participants prior to the event
Space is Limited!
Registration for the golf outing is available on a first-come, first-served basis and participation will be capped at 100 players. REGISTRATION: Golf sign-up is through the main registration page. You may sign-up individually or in teams of four. Please let us know your preference. The Conference Golf Committee will make up foursomes. If you sign-up someone that is not affiliated with your own company, you are responsible to notify and confirm with that person.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing and received by the NYSCHSA Office according to the following schedule:
  • Cancellations received on or before 7/31/26 will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations received on or before 8/1/26 - 8/14/26 will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received on or before 8/15/26 - 8/28/26 will receive a 25% refund.
  • Cancellations received after 8/29/26 will receive NO refund.  
There will be no credits issued for no shows or early departures. Participants are otherwise responsible for all charges outlined in the registration form submitted to the NYSCHSA Office.
