Join fellow highway and public works professionals for an afternoon of networking, camaraderie, and friendly competition at the beautiful Elmira Country Club during the 2026 New York State County Highway Superintendents Association Summer Conference!
Whether you are a seasoned golfer or simply looking to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with colleagues and industry partners, the NYSCHSA Golf Outing is the perfect way to kick off conference week.

Space is Limited!
Registration for the golf outing is available on a first-come, first-served basis and participation will be capped at 100 players. REGISTRATION: Golf sign-up is through the main registration page. You may sign-up individually or in teams of four. Please let us know your preference. The Conference Golf Committee will make up foursomes. If you sign-up someone that is not affiliated with your own company, you are responsible to notify and confirm with that person.

Please Note: There will be no credits issued for no shows or early departures.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing and received by the NYSCHSA Office according to the following schedule:
- Cancellations received on or before 7/31/26 will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations received on or before 8/1/26 - 8/14/26 will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received on or before 8/15/26 - 8/28/26 will receive a 25% refund.
- Cancellations received after 8/29/26 will receive NO refund.
